1. Who we are

2. What we sell

We sell software licences in the form of activation keys. A licence gives you the right to activate and use the named software under its publisher's own end-user licence agreement. We do not sell the software itself, and we do not modify, repackage or resell the publisher's code.

3. Choosing the right product

Product pages list the licence type, supported edition and compatibility requirements. It is your responsibility to check these details — including your operating system, edition and version — before buying. If you are unsure which licence you need, contact us before you order.

4. Orders and pricing

Prices are shown in USD and may change at any time before an order is placed. An order is accepted once payment is confirmed. If a product is listed at an incorrect price by mistake, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than honour the incorrect price.

5. Payment

Payment is processed by PayPal. We do not see or store your card or PayPal account credentials. PayPal's own terms and privacy policy apply to the payment itself.

6. Guest and account purchases

You can buy as a guest using only your name and email address, or create an account to keep a record of your licences. Creating an account is always optional and never required to complete a purchase.

7. Digital delivery

There is no physical shipment. After payment is confirmed, your activation key and activation instructions are sent to the email address you provided. Registered customers can also view their keys from their account.

8. Key confidentiality

Your activation key is issued to you alone. Do not share, publish, resell or transfer it. A key that has been shared or exposed publicly may stop working, and is not eligible for replacement under our refund policy.

9. Activation support

If you have trouble activating a key you purchased from us, contact our contact form with your order details and the exact error shown. We provide reasonable assistance to get a genuine, unused key activated.

10. Replacement and refunds

Replacement and refund eligibility is set out in our refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

11. Prohibited use

You may not resell, redistribute, or bulk-purchase keys for resale unless we have agreed to this with you in writing. We may cancel orders and disable keys involved in fraud, chargebacks, or a breach of these terms.

12. Liability

We are responsible for delivering a working, genuine licence key. We are not responsible for how the software performs on your system, for data loss, or for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under mandatory consumer law that cannot be excluded by agreement.

13. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
