What exactly am I buying?
A licence: a serial key issued by the software publisher that unlocks the full version of the product. You download the software from the publisher and activate it with the key we send you.
When do I get my key?
After payment is confirmed, your key is emailed to the address you entered at checkout — usually within a few minutes. If nothing has arrived within an hour, check your spam folder, then contact support.
Is a download included?
No. You download the software from the publisher's own website, which is always the safest source. The product page links to the correct download when one exists.
How many devices can I use it on?
It depends on the publisher. Each product page lists the number of installations the licence allows under compatibility.
Is the key permanent?
Perpetual licences stay valid for the version you bought. Subscription licences run for their stated term. The product page says which type you are buying.
What if the key does not work?
Email support with your order email and the exact error. We test the key, replace it if it is faulty, and refund you if a replacement is not possible.
Can I get a refund?
Because a serial key cannot be un-sent, refunds apply to keys that fail to activate or were never delivered. Full details are in the refund policy.
Do I need an account?
No. There are no customer accounts — checkout collects only the details needed for your invoice and delivery email.
Which payment methods do you take?
Payment is not switched on in this version of the store. When it is, the accepted methods will be listed at checkout before you pay.
