Common questions
When will I receive my key?
After payment is confirmed, your key is emailed to the address you entered at checkout, usually within a few minutes. If nothing has arrived within an hour, check your spam folder, then contact support.
Do I need an account?
No. There are no customer accounts required. Checkout collects only the details needed for your invoice and delivery email. You can also create an account if you would like to keep every key in one place.
Is a download included?
No. You download the software from the publisher's own website, which is always the safest source. The product page links to the correct download when one exists.
What if the key does not activate?
Email support with your order email and the exact error. We test the key, replace it if it is faulty, and refund you if a replacement is not possible.
How many devices can I use it on?
It depends on the publisher. Each product page lists the number of installations the licence allows under compatibility.
Can I get a refund?
Because a serial key cannot be un-sent, refunds apply to keys that fail to activate or were never delivered. Full details are in the refund policy.
