What to include
To sort things out on the first reply, tell us:
- The email address you used at checkout
- The product name
- The exact error message, or a screenshot of it
- The operating system and version you are installing on
Activation problems
Most activation failures come from a typo, a key used on more devices than the licence allows, or a firewall blocking the publisher's activation server. Check the compatibility notes on the product page first — if that does not solve it, send the form above and we will replace the key or refund you.
